FITNESS LOGS/REMOTE PE EACH DAY YOU ARE TO DO SOME TYPE OF MOVEMENT, EXERCISING,
PLAYING A GAME OR SPORT. YOU ARE TO DO
THIS FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PER DAY.
YOU WILL RECORD WHAT ACTIVITY YOU DID EVERYDAY ON THE INCLUDED FITNESS
LOG. THOSE ALONG WITH THE WRITTEN
ASSIGNMENT WILL BE TURNED BACK IN EVERY WEEK.
